Rebuilding Pratt-Read 6-point Wind Motor

The problem with the double-pneumatic Pratt Read motors is those
pneumatics do not have hinges; at the hinge end they must be open.

Normally where the hinge is the pneumatics have a gap of about 3/8",
plus or minus.  This makes each one look more like a wedge-shaped
accordion rather than a standard hinged pneumatic.

Recover these with a gap instead of a hinge and you should do well.
The pivot keeps them lined up and, without a hinge, all the pneumatics
should be able to align with the screw holes in the connecting board.
