What were the names of the various newsreel fanfare marches that
opened the newsreel film productions?  Paramount had "Paramount
on Parade" (or was it called the "Paramount March"?) but did the
music for Fox Movietone and Hearst Metrotone have names?

Were they written as full length marches?  Have any of them been
arranged for band organ?  Who wrote them?  Were they written
specifically for the newsreel productions?
