I have several hand-made 88-note rolls in hand-made boxes.  The rolls
have the song title and "O.G. Gilbertson Westby Wis" that appear to
be rubber stamped on the leader.  The rolls look to be punched by a
manual machine, maybe a Leabarjan.  The boxes look home-made as well.
Has anyone seen rolls like this before or have any information about
them?
