help him sell his restored art case Welte grand.  The 5' 7" Hazelton
Welte grand has undergone the finest, high-quality restoration to the
strings, piano action and refinishing as well.  It has a warm, walnut,
French provincial art case with the matching bench.

The Welte mechanism was restored by a top professional about 20+ years 
ago and expresses wonderfully.  The rich tone of the piano is capable
of filling a moderate size living room with classical music.  If you
love Welte music, this is a fine piano, far under the cost of a fresh
restoration.  $7,500.

Frank is also selling a restored Wurlitzer 103 band organ and a beautiful
upright (wall-hanging) Polyphon music box with 30 discs and a non-matching
