A very thorough and interesting discussion, Paul.  I had let Kathy
know privately that it was likely by some shop of a member of the
Cuendet family based on the tune sheet, but that I had no idea which
one.

I have a box that appears to be identical to hers in all respects
except for having a different tune sheet (see attach) and the decal
having been removed in some past refinish.
