Mills Violano Roll Production Years

Al Menashe stated in his recent post [180614 MMDigest] that he thought
production of Violano rolls from the Mills Novelty Company ended in
1930.  Based on the copyright dates of tunes on the rolls, it would
appear that the company continued to produce rolls until 1933:

  Tunes with copyright dates of 1930 appear in rolls 3001 to 3068.
  Tunes with copyright dates of 1931 appear in rolls 3067 to 3092.
  Tunes with copyright dates of 1932 appear in rolls 3092 to 3112.
  Tunes with copyright dates of 1933 appear in rolls 3112 to 3121.

The last roll produced by the company was number 3121, and all of its
tunes were copyright 1933.  It is clear from the tune titles that the
company knew it was the end for roll production:

  15448 Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf
  15449 Thanks
  15450 Little You Know
  15451 I Guess It Has To Be That Way
  15452 The Last Roundup
