Tune Cards for Mermod Freres Cylinders 501 & 516

I have a Mermod Freres music box with interchangeable 14.5-inch
cylinders.  I found the tune cards for cylinders 500 and 509, but
cannot find these for cylinders 501 and 516.  Would someone have
this information?  Thanks!
