MIDI-controlled Tuba Mouthpiece

I was at the Midwest COAA/MBSI rally in Dayton, Ohio.  Someone had
a tuba with a MIDI mouthpiece.  All it required was air pressure and a
MIDI transmitter (and a tuba).  Does anyone know where to find these?
