My neighbor recently purchased a barrel organ that formerly belonged to
"Barrel Organ Phil" in the United Kingdom.  He would very much like to
restore the barrel organ but does not know who to contact.  Does anyone
have a recommendation for who to contact in the vicinity of Albany, New
York?
