I'm not all that familiar with Telektra rolls other than to know
they are brass and feed through a reader.  I really believe in the
new synthetic oils for clocks, cameras and the like, and I'm totally
infatuated with Teflon dry lubricants.

Perhaps that is a good option.  They're available in both liquid and
spray and they dry fast to a non-sticky finish that is slick and
doesn't attract dust.
