I, too, have the exact same A. B. Chase 65/88-note player for sale in
Southern California.  Mine has had extensive work done to the piano
action (sound board, strings, pins, plate painted, etc.).

This piano was featured at the 2008 AMICA convention in Thousand Oaks,
California.  The late Mr. Hi Babit played it, and signed the plate.
The player worked at the convention, but has not worked since the piano
was moved back to my home.  I will consider any reasonable offer.
