I an a piano technician in Greeley, Colorado, with a past client who
has an Aeolian player reed organ she would like to sell.  It has rolls,
as well.  It has been some time since I have seen the piece (and I have
never worked on it, just her player piano), and I think that it was
functional at some level, but probably needs some work.

If there are any interested parties, then I will try to get photos
and attempt to ascertain its functionality.  As to what and how many
rolls, I would have to also see if the person can provide a list.
