First Public Organ Concert

The "Midget Monster" style 165 duplex organ will be played for the
public for an extended time on Saturday, October 13, 2018, at the
Wichita Botanical Gardens main building.  I am planning to play it
from 11 A.M. to 4 P.M. that day.  Until now, the organ has not been
used for any major events.  I will probably select rolls arranged
by Andy Park and Rich Olsen.

Ground breaking for the carousel building took place on October 1st.
Estimated completion date is September of 2019.  Restoration of
the Joyland carousel is progressing rapidly.  This will be a major
attraction for the Gardens and the City of Wichita.  Botanica is in
Sim Park west of the Wichita Art Museum.  For directions and a map
