Cost of Small Street Organs

Howdy folks, I am new to MMD!  I've got a question:  Why are
Raffin organs so expensive?  A 34/20-note organ from Raffin costs
$5000, but a 40/20-note organ from Paul Barker costs only $3,466.

Can someone please explain this discrepancy?
