It isn't a discrepancy, it's two different organs from different
builders in different countries.

I assume that you are referring to Rob Barker; I don't know of a
Paul Barker.  Rob used to work for Alan Pell, in a "garage size"
shop in rural England, but now works in what I believe is an even
smaller  shop.  He doesn't advertise widely, and custom builds by
himself.

Raffin is a well established firm with a small factory building
and showroom, etc., in Germany.  They have several employees.
They primarily build production runs with custom finishes.  They
are subject to a wide variety of European regulations of the sort
Brexit is intended to eliminate.  They advertise in magazines in
several countries and languages.

These differences alone create different cost structures.  The
firms also have different supply chains.

In addition, Raffin has a long-established clientele of Germans
driving to the factory in Daimler-Benz products to pick up their
organs.

Yes, both organs will play the same rolls.
