Hi Pablo,  the instrument shown in the video is rather exotic in the
way that it combines clockwork and pneumatic technology.  This makes
it difficult to deliver the desired guidance.  In case you confine to
pneumatic instruments, and especially pneumatically controlled ones,
I could have an idea.
