The House On The Rock is located in rural Wisconsin near Frank
Lloyd Wright's design studio.  It started out as a private residence
(construction began around the 1920s) and was opened to the public
about 1960.  This place really rocks and is home to many mechanical
music devices as well as the world's largest carousel.

As best I can tell, the tune in question is "Casey Jones".  Attached
for comparison is a piano roll MIDI file, obtained from IAMMP, of
"Casey Jones", Vocalstyle 10685 (1909).
