Using New Technology to Repair Music Box Combs
By Ellen Thomsen

Reading Spencer Chase's post about getting a waterjet cutting
machine made me think about all the new technology out there that
might be useful in replicating music box combs with missing teeth.

There must be scanners out there that can scan a broken comb. Then
a computer could digitally replace whatever is missing and create
a cutting program. Then a new one could be cut with water or plasma.
The finishes that can be achieved are amazing.

Can anyone out there do that?

Thanks,
