Unknown Cabinet-style Barrel Organ

I recently obtained a nice cabinet barrel organ from the David Wilder
estate. No information was available about this instrument.

I thought it might be a Limonaire, based on the label on the barrel,
but the scale doesn't match their similar size instrument. Please
