Converting Audio to MIDI: "Francesca da Rimini"
By Ben Roth

Hello everyone, I'm looking for someone to convert a 4-hand piano
audio file to MIDI file for me for a price.

Tchaikovsky's "Francesca da Rimini" was cut on two rolls by Aeolian,
but those rolls are rare as hen's teeth. If I can get that audio piano
file converted to MIDI it would be wonderful. Then I can edit it and
have someone cut it for me on their laser roll cutter. There are
a few people that use a laser that can make one piano roll at a time.

The audio is here:

Tchaikovsky - Francesca da Rimini for two pianos -
Ludmila Berlinskaia & Arthur Ancelle

If you can use it that way, great. Otherwise I can record it onto
wav file and send it to you.

Regards,
Ben Roth

[ French composer Camille Saint-Saëns wrote about the fantasia:
 [
[ "Bristling with difficulties, Tchaikovsky's Francesca da Rimini,
[ which lacks neither pungent flavours nor fireworks, shrinks from
[ no violence. In it the gentlest and most kindly of men has unleashed
[ a fearful tempest, and has had no more pity for his performers and
[ listeners than Satan for the damned. But such was the composer's
[ talent and supreme skill that one takes pleasure in this damnation
 [ and torture."
