Dear MMDers, my name is Claudia Nauheim, I have been editor of the
German journal "Das Mechanische Musikinstrument" since April 2022.

During the inventory of the music rolls in the German Museum of
Musical Automatons at Bruchsal Castle, a dedication by Bonnie
Tekstra was found on a Weber Maesto roll no. 564 (German Museum
of Musical Instruments at Bruchsal Castle, inv. no. 84/79-18).

In this museum there are many instruments whose previous owner was
Q. David Bowers and I have since learned that in the 1970s Bonnie
Tekstra worked with Bowers in their company American International
Galleries.

I would now like to write a small piece on this subject in the
Journal and would be delighted if anyone can put me in direct contact
with Bonnie Tekstra, as I am very interested in the story behind the
dedication.
