Clamps Help Recover Duo-Art Accordion Pneumatics
By Kermit Hobbs

I've found a handy way to recover Duo-Art accordion pneumatics.
It uses four comb-like "clamps" that hold the boards in position
as they are glued. The "teeth" of the comb are 1/16", 1/8", 1/4",
and 1/2", plus an extra 1/8" [.125"] in each one for the folds
in the fabric.

The spaces between snugly fit the pneumatic boards. When they are
all put together as in the picture, they make a unit that can be
handled and glued easily.

I made these spacers on a 3D printer. If you have access to
a 3D printer and would like to make a set of these, email me at
khobbs5@aol.com.geentroep [delete ".geentroep" to reply] and I'll
send you the .stl file.
