McMaster Carr sells decent quality round and flat leather belting in
a wide range of sizes. You can also use urethane belting as a replacement;
the round belting is easy to join by melting the ends together to make
custom lengths (see YouTube for how-to videos). McMaster will make up
custom length flat belting for you in a couple of days.
