FS: New G-roll of J. Russel Robinson Tunes
By Mark Reinhart

For my friends that have G-roll playing pianos I bring to your
attention a very special roll never before available in this format.
Tim Baxter and George Bogatko collaborated to bring a roll of _all_
J. Russel Robinson tunes that are derived from 88-note rolls with
all new registration and percussion.

As the owner of a Seeburg KT, I have the roll playing as I type this.
The way the melody lines are brought forward with xylophone and
mandolin are brilliant but I am finding the percussion is genius.
Anyone that knows the KT knows that the triangle is arranged for
emphasis and it has a ringing tone that sustains even after the last
strike. The way the triangle and xylophone play between each other
is beyond amazing.

I strongly suggest anyone that has a G-roll playing machine buy this
roll even if you await restoration for your piano. Anyone that follows
recuts these days knows the time for which these are available is less
and less, don't wait, miss out and be sorry. To buy a copy Tim Baxter
may be contacted at perforator@mindspring.com.geentroep [delete
".geentroep" to reply].
