Unusual Ampico Pump Distributor
By Philip Carli

A friend -- not me -- removed this unit (which I think is a variant
vacuum distributor) from my 1929 Ampico A, but didn't label the nipples
or hoses or note what they do.

What is this unit and how does it hook up? I'm sorry to plague people
with this, but now the piano doesn't play at all after the way I tried
to salvage this by reinstalling it "near blind". (It is attached to the
case with _one_ screw.)

What is this, how does it hook up, and what is it supposed to do?
Please!
