For sale: a Knabe Ampico A, approximately 5' 8", circa 1920,
With approximately 400 Ampico rolls, including many early
Ampico (1915-1920). Untouched for nearly 25 years but kept in
a climate-controlled, humidity-controlled location. Located in
Venice, California.

The seller is very motivated, possibly willing to give away for
free, minus the moving costs. Likely the buyer will need to make
all arrangements for moving and/or shipping. The seller is not
interested in selling rolls individually. The piano and rolls
may be trashed if there is no interest.

I have not seen nor heard the piano. Based on the photos I'm
guessing the piano was restored once before but it could be original.
The finish and ivories appear in good condition. This instrument is
likely a good candidate for restoration. The photos are inadequate
but are all that is available.
