Hello, Hopefully someone will recognize the organ you are seeking
and give the location. If not, you might have to do a really detailed
search. I have a suggestion to help focus your search -- just a guess,
but you have to start someplace.

In the background of the photo you can see a rather primitive, early
spinning wheel and nothing else. It doesn't give me the impression that
the picture was taken in someone's home; it looks more like a display
in a museum.

It seems rather odd that this very sophisticated organ would be in
the same grouping as the plain old spinning wheel. In a large museum,
the organ would be grouped with other decorative items or musical
instruments.

So you might want to start with little museums or historical societies
in rural areas or small towns.
