Several years ago, I read somewhere that on some Mason and Hamlin
Ampico A's there was a heavy paper punching over the opening of
every note's unit block valve.

Is there anyone who knows about these and can provide me with more
information about them, in particular the diameter of the opening of
the punches? Can anyone tell me where I might have read about them?
