Fischer Ampico Grand Stopped Playing Notes
By Mike Lott

I'm 4 years late with Thank You's. Both David Dewey and John Tuttle
provided suggestions to my December 2020 posting for help getting
notes to play in a Fischer Ampico grand:

A piano moving company moved this instrument to Ontario, Oregon,
and set it up. It worked for a few months then quit.

Michael White from Bellevue, Idaho, helped them find a loose flange
bolt in the vacuum system; the piano movers must have loosened it
thinking it was for the leg.

Tightening that bolt made the player work -- a simple fix! So glad
to see it making music again. Attaching his picture of that bolt.
