Laser Roll Cutter Progress
By Spencer Chase

With much help from Bill Luecht, the DIY laser roll cutter project has
reached a point that I feel it is truly ready for others to build. The
software is as bug free as software can be and all features we have wanted
to implement are working.

I do not know how much longer I can work on this project due to health
issues. I have given all of my source code for the MIDI2gcode program and
my many other programs as well. Just an hour or so ago we actually got the
development environment that is necessary for my archaic programming to
work on Bills computer.

So, to whatever extent Bill is willing to support my work, it may continue
to be available.

I would be interested in knowing how many people have built a laser roll
cutter using my plans and how many might be interested now that it really
does work very well.

I will continue to maintain spencerserolls.com as long as I am able. In
order to help pay for some of my medical expenses I am offering
substantial discounts for all of my MIDI file collections. Contact me
using the contact form (that now works) on spencererolls.com

Here is a page on my web site with information on the roll cutter project

And a link to an interest group you can join
