The electronics in the later Pell Harmonette organs that have a PIN
code were made by Melvin Wright. There is also a stutter introduced
by the electronics into the playback circuit to make copying the
tunes difficult.

To this point, I made up some replacement decks that require removing
a few screws and plugs, then plugging into the new deck to go from
the cartridge system to SD cards. Hundreds of files for the Carl Frei
20-note scale are available.

To Wally's question about the charger polarity, of the Pell Harmonette
organs I have had in my shop, all of them had the center pin "positive"
on the charger. They all used the same small 12v alarm battery.
