As I have mentioned in my last two articles, there's been a lot going on
behind the scenes here lately.  In my previous two messages I talked
about the improvements to the website.  This week I'm working on the
subscriber machinery which has been broken for some time.  I've identifed
a batch of new subscrbers who's email addresses never made it to our
mailing service.  I've asked each of those people to re-confirm as some
go back an embarassingly long way. As those re-confirmations come in, I'll
be adding them to the subscriber list.

Tonight we welcome 31 brand new subscribers (and more expected to arrive).
I hope some of you will write to the group either to introduce yourselves
or pose a question about something that you've been curious about.
