Broadway was just about a one-man operation, based in Melbourne and owned by Len Luscombe, who recorded many of the rolls.  It was bought out by Mastertouch in 1957.  Although not up to U.S. standards, in my opinion most Broadway rolls are a lot snappier than Mastertouch rolls.
