Brooklyn, N.Y.

Robert Shoemaker was the principal artist who made the Pianostyle rolls. He used the nom de plume of B.G. Howard. Other names such as Vestrizzio and G. R. Kehoe may or may not have also been Shoemaker.
As far as I know, there was no link between Pianostyle Roll Co. and International, although both companies were in Brooklyn, New York. Everything is different about the products of the two companies: die punch size, musical arrangements, box graphics, spool ends, tabs, stencilled lyrics.
