In response to to what Rob wrote above I would just like to add that I have added the list of names and addresses which Larry Originally started this topic with, to my home page:

I would be more than happy to add a file on FAQ's to it if everyone could add their bit and edit it (without me having to do all the work) and I will compile it and add it to my page.

Bill Jelen of Bam-Bam Piano rolls made this comment after visiting my site:

And he did make the suggestion that a list similar to what is being suggested here would be of great benefit. I do agree it would, and decided I would do something along these lines, but to date I have been to busy!!! So.... if anyone who has something to contribute and wishes to do as I said earlier I would be more than happy to put it online... Unless someone else is offering!!!! (by all means!).
