Announcement: End-of-Year Fundraising Drive In Progress

Our End-Of-Year Fundraising drive is in progress. If you haven't contributed to the operation of the MMD in the last 12 months, this would be a great time to contribute. There's a PayPal link at the bottom of each page on the website.

If you aren't sure when you last contributed, please send me a note using the contact form at the bottom of this page and I'll look you up in my records.

Thank you for your generous support!

P.S. While your support is needed and appreciated, you do not need to contribute to be a subscriber. If you have subscribed and aren't receiving your Digest, please use the contact form at the bottom of the page and let me know. Thanks!

"View" Tutorial for Duo-Art
By Wayne Stahnke

Recently, I offered a tutorial package of Ampico roll 57504 with View to
Digest subscribers. I was surprised that many subscribers responded that
they do not have access to an Ampico roll collection, and several asked
for a package that could be used with a widely-available Duo-Art roll.

In response to these requests, I have created 6118.ZIP, which contains
Duo-Art roll 6118, Chopin's Scherzo in B-flat minor, Op. 31, played by
Josef Hofmann, and the "View" program. As before, send me a private
e-mail message if you would like to have a copy of the package, and I
will provide it by e-mail.

 [ Wayne's e-mailer uses base64 encoding. If you have a problem decoding
[ the attachment write to me or Jody at <> for
[ assistance. We've already had one request to use an alternate encod-
[ ing (UUencode). The "Ampico Tutorial" package is named 57504A.ZIP .
