John Roache's Passing
By John A. Tuttle

Hello Fellow MMD'ers, The very cloudy weather outside reflects my
emotional state inside. John Roache was a gifted and giving man whose
numerous contributions to the musical community will be cherished
throughout the years to come. He will not be forgotten.

So many hundreds of thousands of people have been touched by John's
works that it almost boggles the mind. His insight and encouragement
gave renewed spirit to even the most complex projects. His arranging
skills were accepted as superior and his many MIDI files will serve as
a benchmark a very long time.

Life on this earth is temporary, we all know that. John would want all
of us to build on his efforts, and his desire to keep Ragtime alive!
Let us all celebrate his life and sustain his dream by taking the time
to enjoy the fruits of his passion... with a good friend.

Let the music PLAY LOUD! "This Rag's for you, John Roache. Hit it!

Respectfully,

John A. Tuttle
