order form that came with the Piano-Lodeon.

This list appears on the roll order form and the back of the warranty
card for Piano-Lodeon No. 44381 that came with the piano.  Also included
is an illustrated "Instructions" sheet.

I make the same offer that Ed Sprankle made.  If you would like a copy
of the roll order form or the Instructions sheet send me a SASE and
I will send them.

I would like to know if this is the same list that Ed Sprankle has.
