Dear all, I also ordered a copy of the DVD, but I haven't received
anything. I didn't get replies to my e-mails. Now, last week,
I noticed my credit card was blocked. I asked my card company for
more information, but I didn't get any details: the only thing they
could tell me is that I used my card on a foreign site.
I wonder if this is related to the DVD delivery problems? I have
only used my card for PayPal during that period, and I'm pretty sure
the problem is not with PayPal.
