Seek QRS Educator Roll Book

I have a customer who has a set of the QRS Educator piano rolls which
teach you how to play the piano using the rolls.  Unfortunately the
book which comes with the rolls is missing.  Does anyone have a spare
copy to sell, or perhaps would be prepared to scan the pages?
