Bilon and Polylon

What are people who use Bilon today using to glue it?  In my long-past
experience, the PVC-E glue sold by PPCo. was just a watered-down
version of Aileen's Tacky Glue, a lot harder to work with, and prone to
make me nervous regarding its long-term sticking ability.

Inquiring minds want to know.
