Seek Small Label Plates for Coinola Case

I am seeking the small label plates that say "Piano Soft", "Mandolin",
and the two "Off-On" plates for a Coinola piano, particularly the
Cupid keyboardless model.  Does anyone have these plates to sell or
can direct me to a source for them?
