The Robert Morton "V'olin": A Player Violin
By Dale F. Rowe

Happy Holidays to All and Greetings from The Bronx! In regards to
the Robert Morton "V'olin" theatre organ stop, there was back in
the 1980s a gentleman by the name of Robert Maes who bought and sold
various theatre organ ranks and paraphernalia (toy counters, etc.).
He would advertise in various theatre organ magazines and organ
related periodicals.

In one such publication, Mr. Maes offered a "V'olin" organ stop for
sale, and if my memory serves me correctly, he is or was located in
Texas. As for the "V'olin" stop, it was most likely sold although
someone might try to contact Mr. Maes, or his descendants or business
partners, to come up with who might be in possession of the elusive
"V'olin" stop!

Hope this helps!,
