Pedal-Electric Ampico 'A' System
By John A. Tuttle

Hi All, I am on a quest to find out as much information as I can about
the Pedal-Electric Ampico 'A' system. Attached are a few pictures (low
resolution) of the system in a Marshall & Wendell upright which is
believed to have been made in 1927.

As the owner wrote in his first email to me, "My reason for reaching
out is in regards to my great grandmother's wedding (1927) present that
has been in the family for all of these years, a Marshall and Wendell
Ampico Player Piano."

I'm having the owner send me high resolution images. The serial number
(108633) indicates that the piano was made in 1926.
