Dear Friends,

Andy LaTorre was kind enough to describe the MIDI controller he had
built for his band organs.  This answered my questions.  Additionally,
I received private replies from a couple of guys who manufacture these
controllers.   I had read about them previously here, but only now know
what I was looking at then.
