FS: Stored Player Pianos - Free
By Al Pebworth

I am glad to see that I am not the only one with stored player pianos.
I have weeded through the stock, and "put to sleep" those whose ability
to live again were severely diminished by their general condition or
parentage. That still leaves me with 10 or so good restorable player
pianos.

I need to find good homes for about six or seven of these before the
end of the year. Most are Standard Pneumatic Action, with a Leonard
or Foster thrown in, along with a Wilcox-White 65/88-note player,
and an Aeolian 65/88-note player.

Sell locally? There's no interest if they are not 100% restored,
and then you get offers of only $500.00. "Oh well, I'll donate them
to a charity."

The Salvation Army came and looked, and found some chipped ivories on
the keys, and gosh, there were some bumps on the cabinets. A call to
the others and I was told that if they "worked" they would pick them
up!

I offer these _free_ to someone who wants to come and get them _all_!
If you just want to pick one of the group, a token payment of $100.00
to $250.00 will be required. Otherwise, I think that I will copy that
English TV show "Machines", and just pile them in a field and... Well,
I think you get the message.

Please do not email me, asking for detailed pictures of each piano and
a list of everything that may be wrong. These are _good_ restorable
players, but the lack of space does not permit me to keep them. The
cost of storage soon becomes more than the value of the item. Oh,
I will provide help for loading!
