Refinishing a Grain Painted Case
By Eliyahu Shahar

Hello to all, I'm restoring a 6-tune Nicole key-wound box that has
a grain-painted case (and a second musical box with a grain-painted
case is in queue).

I've never refinished a grain-painted case before and wanted to hear
what the MMD has to say about it. Can anyone instruct me in how to
achieve a beautiful finish? Any help would be appreciated.
