Your Help With Images For The AMICA Web Site

Thanks to all for the wonderful response to my request for help with
images for the update to the AMICA web site.  Fifteen people
responded, and it looks like I'll be able to fill the image gaps
very nicely.  I believe that I've replied to everyone, so if anyone
wrote me and didn't hear back, please send me a reminder.
