USPS Media Mail
By Todd Augsburger

A more complete discussion of Media Mail is in the "Content Standards"
section at http://pe.usps.com/text/DMM300/173.htm

They are pretty strict. The language there says books are limited
to those "containing no advertising matter other than incidental
announcements of books." That would prohibit Journals from being
sent via Media Mail.

But I wonder whether there is some point at which ads cease to be
considered "advertising"? Can I send a 1900's Sears catalog as Media
Mail? I suppose not.
