USPS Media Mail
By Mike Schoeppner

I have followed the media mail rules about no advertising allowed,
when mailing current literature. However when sending old collectible
books or magazines, I have rationalized that the ads are there for
historical study along with the articles and not for enticement to
buy products. This, I believe media mail applies.

There would be no benefit in asking at my local Post Office, as
I have to take along a printout of DMM 173.3.2 whenever I mail piano
rolls. Other opinions, anyone?
